Jo Anna Swope, CTFA
Owner, Investment Executive
I am the Owner, Financial Advisor, and Investment Executive at Diversified Investment Solutions. With over 30 years of experience in the trust and financial services industry, I have dedicated my career to educating and helping clients Build Their Financial Future. In 2002, I earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation, which has been instrumental in enhancing the quality of service I provide.
I enjoy helping and educating clients about investment options, their retirement plans and choices they have when planning their upcoming retirement. One of my favorite sayings is, "You haven't succeeded until you've made a positive difference." This philosophy drives me to offer personalized service and create a customized plan tailored for each client. Customizing an individual plan for each client based on their individual needs and objectives, I believe is one of the greatest values I can provide.
I was born, raised, and currently reside in Huntingdon County, where my business is also located. My entire career has been rooted in Huntingdon County, making me a well-known and successful local figure. Over the years, I have received numerous recognitions and accomplishments, including being named one of PA Business Central's 50 to Follow Women Owned Businesses every year from 2016-2018 and again from 2021-2023. I have also been voted the best financial advisor several years in our local newspaper and was honored as Volunteer of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce.
In addition to my professional achievements, I am deeply committed to community service. I currently serve as the President of the Huntingdon County United Way and am on the Board of a small local non-profit called the Brenna Project, which is very near and dear to my heart due to its mission of helping local families in need. My community involvement has also included participation in Junior Achievement of Western PA, the Huntingdon Rotary Club, the Huntingdon Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Huntingdon County, and volunteering for many local clubs and organizations throughout my career.
On a personal note, I am the proud parent of two grown children and the delighted grandparent of three grandchildren. My family and my community are the cornerstones of my life, and I am grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact in both.
